Kandivali – Bharatiya Janta Party inaugurated two solar lighting poles at 6.30 pm in ward number 28, in Lokmanya Chawl, Hanuman Nagar Kandivali. Opposition electorates raised their voice against the stunt; they even called police and election commission officer. No action was undertaken against BJP for violating the code of conduct. When contacted Rao Saheb Gaikwad, BMC Deputy Commissioner he stated that those lighting poles are old. Pictures of the pole were sent, to which he said action will be taken against the party.
