Bhandup - BJP is doing every bit to entice probable voters. Party has decided to construct the library in Konkan Nagar, Khadi machine Bhandup (West). Foundation of the library was laid on Friday. The place is touted to be illegal. The place where the library is to be constructed was teeming with waste a few days back. The waste is cleared now and the foundation has been laid for a new beginning.
