Mumbai- Is BJP's senior leaders planning to release former DCM of Maharashtra Chhagan Bhujbal, currently behind bars on charges of possessing disproportionate assets? Currently he is admitted in Bombay hospital awaiting for his bail. According to experts, he is being moved for medical reasons. Also, more than the NCP, the BJP appears to be trying its best to ensure the release of Bhujbal from custody. The Maratha community led agitation has intensified in recent days and has created a stir across Maharashtra. In order to lessen the intensity of the morcha, the state government is trying to rope in Chhagan Bhujbal on its side. The minister for Women and Child Welfare and Rural Development Pankaja Munde has also met Bhujbal in jail. It is being said that this meet was politically motivated.
