Kandivali- A gathering of the north Indian community was organised at the Thakur complex, Kandivali by the BJP.
Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis, BJP Mumbai president Ashish Shelar, and ex-Congress MLA Ramesh Singh were present at the gathering. Ashish Shelar took potshots at the Shiv Sena as well as the Congress in his speech. Fadnavis discussed the Atal Awas Yojana for the underprivileged in which 10 lakh homes will be given to the needy. The CM targeted the Shiv Sena asking why Mumbai is still not a clean city. He accused the Sena of corruption. Are we headed for a total rift between the BJP and Sena at least for the forthcoming BMC elections?
