Mulund - Congress devised a new strategy of campaigning for civic elections. A street play was organised by the party in which students from V G Vaze college enacted and numerated flaws of other political parties. The play was organised on Friday at Kisan Nagar near Mulund Check Naka. Whatever be the style of campaign, the motto remains same. Bring out the failure of opponents in the light come what may.
