Mumbai - Bharatiya Janta Party emerged as the challenger, Shiv Sena rose as the contender while Congress is the kingmaker. The equation after the municipal elections has entangled the power politics.
On one hand, Shiv Sena is hoping Congress will join hands, while on other hand BJP is trembling out of fear cause' if it happens BJP is the goner.
BJP leaders must have heaved a sigh of relief after the announcement Congress party made regarding the Mayoral election.
Congress will not support any party and will field his own candidate. BJP Mumbai Unit President, Ashish Shelar informed that five independent corporators will support BJP. Four out of five corporators are rebels against Shiv Sena.
Everything will be cleared on 8 March that which party will rule the roost.
