CST- A few days back, veteran army man Ram Krishna Grewal committed suicide as Central Government did not sanction OROP (One Rank One Pension). This led to the tremors across the India. And so, on the backdrop of the suicide, candle march was carried out nearby Xavier's College. This was led by the Mumbai Congress President Sanjay Nirupam and MLA Bhai Jagtap.
