Girgaum – A free health check-up programme was organised in Thakurdwar area here on Sunday. The programme was held from the funds of Shiv Sena corporator Surendra Thakur. The patients were given benefits of free ECG, blood check-up, sugar check-up etc. Surendra Thakur, while talking to Mumbai Live, said that the initiative was taken to maintain the health of local residents. Yuva Sena workers from Girgaum visited every home in the area and informed public about the initiative.
