Mumbai - The controversy over State BJP president Raosaheb Danve’s statement regarding use of Laxmi Darshan (money) in the local governing bodies seems unending as BJP’s alliance partner, Shiv Sena, has also filed a complaint against him with the State Election Commission (SEC). After opposition parties, Congress and NCP, Shiv Sena’s Aurangabad district president Narendra Trivedi has filed the complaint against Danve with the SEC. This may start a political slugfest in the BJP and the Shiv Sena. Danve, while addressing a public meeting at Paithan in Aurangabad district, had allegedly appealed people to accept the Laxmi when it comes to them a day before casting their votes in local governing bodies. It had generated a strong reaction from the opposition parties.
