Goregaon – The BMC had started a facility centre in the city a few years back. The machines from this centre are not functioning and the employees are doing the work of issuing shop licenses. One such centre is near Oberoi Mall in Dindoshi East here. Various certificates used to be issued from this centre but as computer is not working, employees are doing this work. Meanwhile, S. Pawar, an officer from the concerned department, said that these people working here are not from his department.
