Bhandup- As BMC is gearing up for the civic elections corporators of various parties are busy in switching their loyalties. BJP has only one corporator in Bhandup and that is Mangesh Pawar. Considering the deficit, BJP have started offering seats to other party corporators. And this created uncertainty among the existing BJP workers who feel that they are being side tracked.
Many MNS and Shiv Sena corporators have joined BJP. It is also being said that one of the NCPs prominent leader is likely to join BJP who have been offered ward no 116 by BJP. Meanwhile, except ward no 114 and 115, all other wards have been reserved for women and so men workers are trying their best to win over the ward.
