Mumbai - Cartoons in the newspaper certainly have their own impact, be it good or bad. On Sunday, a cartoon in Saamna newspaper created a lot of furore amidst Maratha group. BJP president of Mumbai unit Ashish Shelar asked ShivSena to apologise for the act. Showing a couple kissing in the rally didn't entertain anyone when Maratha wingmen are on the silent protest over Kopardi rape & reservation.
