Legislative Assembly worked only 78:24 hrs during session

The Budget Session of Legislature ended on April 7. The Legislative Assembly worked 78:24 hours bringing the average working hours to 3:55 hours only. Total presence of Legislators in the House was counted as 76.30%. The number of starred questions was 10,551 but only 722 of them were accepted. Total 71 questions were given oral reply. The number of calling attention motion was 2,752 but only 33 of them were discussed during the session.

The Legislative Assembly passed 28 Bills while both the House of the Legislature passed 11 Bills.

The Monsoon Session of the State Legislature will begin on July 24.
