Dadar - Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis has not breached the model code of conduct. The Election Commission will take a call on this, said Madhav Bhandari, spokesperson of the BJP.
Bhandari claimed that people (parties) who cannot even contest 60 seats always try to register 2-3 cases every day against the BJP. If Shiv Sena has no issues to publish then it resorts to such gimmicks, he alleged.
The BJP spokesperson further said that there is no clarification from the chief minister on the issue of paid interviews as alleged by the rival parties. The interviews of CM are not paid content. CM is an experienced politician and Shiv Sena is trying to damage his public image, he alleged.
