Vile Parle- MLA Parag Alwani has demanded to declare aviation zonefor the residents of Vile Parle’s old and dangerous buildings. He demanded this plan to the Mumbai Development Plan committee. “If this happens, residents will be able to put forth their woes. Also, they will get other benefits. I have put forth cluster development option as well as development is not been done to 50 years old buildings”, said Alwani. Just like SEZ and other projects, Vile Parle should be developed added Alwani. He alleged that there’s some mess in the DP plan. He said that open spaces should be used to build gardens and playgrounds and slum people should be rehabilitated.
