Mumbai- BMC elections are nearing and so political parties are gearing up for the same. Post NCP, everyone’s paying attention to Shiv Sena- BJP. In the last BMC elections Shiv Sena and BJP got together but they set their paths in different directions for MLA elections. For BMC elections, BJP has asked for 110 seats while SS is in no mood to give more than 80 seats. In the last BMC elections, BJP had got 67 seats to fight. However, this year, BJP has a good hold in central and state government. As per Shiv Sena, demonetisation and BJP’s tainted ministers have helped BJP to win in local body elections.
