On Wednesday evening, MKM informed the divisional commissioner of Aurangabad while stressing on their demands by submitting a memorandum.

Amid aggressive protests for the demand of reservation, several people from the Maratha community lost their lives. Since then, the Maratha Kranti Morcha has maintained its demands to compensate the families of the deceased with ₹10 lakh.

MKM has demanded that the Maharashtra government should compensate the family members of 42 people who died during the Maratha reservation protests while demanding government jobs for one family member of the deceased.

Earlier, the state government had decided to withdraw criminal cases filed against the Maratha protesters. However, the decision has not been implemented.

In the memorandum, MKM stated that the government had promised to construct hostels for students from the Maratha community in every district. However, no action on the same has been taken yet.
