Representing Bharatiya Janta Party, BJP leader Rohitdas Lokhande filed poll paper from ward number - 211, while his wife Surekha Lokhande file the nomination form from ward number - 207 in Elphinstone College on Friday. Rohitdas Lokhande has contested twice before this, while his wife makes the debut.
