Mumbai- MNS' former MLA from Vikhroli Mangesh Sangle, Congress' former MLA Krishna Hegde, actor Dalip Tahil, Shiv Sena former corporator Ramesh Naik, Shiv Sena corporator Leena Shukla, Congress leader Parminder Bhamra and Bhalchandra Aamure joined the BJP in the presence of BJP Mumbai president Ashish Shelar on Monday.
Said Hegde, “Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam and MHADA contractors and criminals got the tickets, I told my seniors, but all in vain.”
According to Mangesh Saangle, “I joined the BJP because many chances were made in the party. I have no complaints against Raj Thackeray. It is because of him what I am today.”
Dalip Tahil said, “I have always supported BJP and I wanted to join BJP.”
Ramesh Naik added, "I worked selflessly for the party but they failed to recognize my worth and now I will work through BJP.”
