Malad - Nationalist Congress Party's internal conflict is decimating its chances at civic polls. Not only that, shifting of loyalties is deepening that crack in the party which is caused by party members themselves.
NCP ward head Prashant Gholap, NCP candidate Sanika Shirgaonkar, Sandeep Dange along with many party workers of ward number - 38, 40, 42 respectively joined Shiv Sena. This was done under the aegis of senior party leaders like Corporator Dashrath Kadam, Ward Officer Rupesh Shyam Kadam, Shakha Pramukh Rajendra Ghaag, NCP candidate from Ward number- 42, Reena Surve. They all joined Shiv Sena on Sunday at Matoshree in the gracious presence of Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray. Thackeray tied shiv Bandhan on new joiners wrists.
