NCP’s signature drive against mishap

Worli - Sachin Ahir, city president of NCP, launched a signature campaign at Siddharth Nagar entrance gate here to educate people on ways to protect from accidents. The solar energy panels and traffic signals were installed at Annie Besant Zebra Crossing and Jumping Line areas after the efforts of Ahir in this regard. These signals are not functioning now and repair work is on there. This has resulted into a number of minor mishaps in this area. The local residents are facing problems and hence Sevadal workers Tanaji Bansode, Sunil Gaikwad, Akash Bansode, Sunil Kolte and others took a signature campaign to press their demand for speedy repair of traffic signals.
