Now, Shiv Sena opposes Raees release
SHARES

Kalyan - 'Raees' has not seen the end of controversies, it appears. While Shah Rukh Khan was able to calm down MNS chief Raj Thackeray over his objections to the presence of Pakistani actor Mahira Khan in the film, it appears the Shiv Sena is no mood to relent.
The ruckus created by political parties against Pak actors acting in Bollywood films reached a nadir just before 'Ae Dil Hai Muskhil' released during Diwali 2016.
The Shiv Sena obviously wants to keep the issue simmering. Sena corporator from Kalyan, Mahesh Gaikwad has asked multiplexes not to screen 'Raees' in their theatres. When quizzed, Shiv Sena Film Association president Aadesh Bandekar had this to say, "Shiv Sena will always have a strict stand against Pak actors performing in Bollywood."
Stay tuned for updates on this front.
