Pawar launches NCP’s campaign
Mumbai - NCP president Sharad Pawar launched the election campaign of his party by addressing a public meeting in PMGP Colony at Mankhurd on Saturday. In his speech, Pawar strongly criticized the Shiv Sena and the BJP. He was also harsh on prime minister Narendra Modi and said that Modi went to Switzerland but did not get any black money from there and hence he initiated demonetization in the country. Common people are not benefitted from the demonetization but they had to suffer by standing in queues in front of banks, he said. MPs Supriya Sule, Praful Patel and city NCP president Sachin Ahir, Nawab Malik and many others were present at this meeting.
