Malad - A video has gone viral where a woman is prompting voters to vote for the Congress. This incident took place at St. Annes high school, ward no. 47. This woman had drawn Congress party symbol on the bench she was sitting and was hinting voters to vote for the same. When NCP worker saw her act, she complained to the polling booth officer and was handed over to the police.
BJP local leader Satnam Singh Tiwana alleged that Congress MLA Aslam Sheikh is behind this incident. He added that the same has been done at all polling booths.
Tiwana’s wife Jaya Tiwana is contesting from ward no. 47 while Pinki Bhatia is a Congress candidate. When Congress MLA Sheikh was asked about the allegations, he denied them.
