Kandivali- BJP corporator Shailaja Vijay Girkar laid the foundation of two bridges - one from Patel Nagar to Poisar gymkhana and one linking Mathuradas road to Link Road.
Residents say they had been campaigning for the two bridges for a long time, but the dream is getting materialised only on the eve of civic elections. MP Gopal Shetty, MLA Vijay Girkar, MLA Yogendra Sagar and other dignitaries were present on this occasion.
