CST- After gaining social recognitioin, the Sambhaji Brigade is now ready to step into politics. This time round, the Sambhaji Brigade has decided to contest the BMC elections.
President of Sambhaji Brigade, Manoj Dada Akhare has announced that the Sambhaji Brigade will contest for the BMC elections. While speaking at a press conference, Manoj Dada Akhre said that the state today is being ruled by dynasty politics and the Brahmins, and to end this trend Sambhaji Brigade will contest in the district council, panchayat, 18 municipal, and BMC elections on its own strength. "We have got applications for 170 local bodies - Amravati, Ahmedabad, Nashik, Dhule, and Aurangabad. We will field about 60-70 % women candidates," he said.
