Mumbai - In a major setback to social worker Anna Hazare, the Bombay High Court has dismissed the petition demanding orders for the CBI probe in the sugar mills across the state. The court has asked the petitioner to file a complaint against sugar mills first and then asked for the order of CBI enquiry into this alleged scam. Anna Hazare had levelled allegations of a scam worth Rs 25,000 crore in the sugar mills across the state. He had also dragged NCP chief Sharad Pawar and former deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar in this case. Hazare had objected the privatisation of the cooperative sugar mills.
