Mumbai - Municipal elections are around the corner and political tempers are at an all time high.
The Shiv Sena staged a walkout en masse from Tuesday's cabinet meeting over the issue of appointment of guardian ministers in the state. Many guardian ministers were shifted over the last few days. A case in point is that of Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Rathod who was dropped as guardian minister of Yevatmal and was appointed as guardian minister of Washim district. Sena members are miffed that they were not consulted before the shuffle by their ally, the BJP. All the Sena members walked out of Tuesday's cabinet meeting, protesting the developments.
