VP Road- Destitutes have taken over the Girgaon’s V P Road’s newspaper stand which is built by Shiv Sena. This is causing problem to the pedestrians and residents who are not able to make use of it due to the encroachment of homeless. One of the residents Vitthal Sadaware expressed that the funds which was used to build library should have given to the needy instead. Meanwhile, when Mumbai Live tried speaking to ward president Sashikant Pawar, he denied giving comment.
