Shivaji Park - After several uncertainties, the Shiv Sena's Dussehra rally will take place at Shivaji Park. Sunday evening saw Shiv Sena workers in action at the park, readying it for annual rally and address by the Sena chief. By Monday morning, the preparations seemed to be in full swing. Dussehra 'melava' at Shivaji Park is an age-old tradition for Shiv Sena. But since Shivaji park is a public place, the sound levels will have to be controlled .Will the Sena abide by the rules? We have to wait and watch.
