Dadar – “Chief Minister Devendra Phadnavis has violated the code of conduct,” alleged Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut in a press conference. He criticised that CM displayed the lotus (party) symbol in the government offices. Raut further added that if CM can get the permission to interact with media during code of conduct, then why not other parties? He further added that he believes that the interviews given by CM are nothing but a part of paid news.

“There is a rule that no candidate or party can hold campaign rally or promote their party prior 48 hours of the election. But CM gave interviews thus breaking the law. We have registered a complaint with state election commission,” said Sanjay Raut.

He commented on Bhartiya Janta Party saying that the party got its name and fame due to late Bal Thackeray. “Shiv Sena’s campaigning is transparent and coming 23 February everyone will realize our worth,” said Raut.
