Somaiya attack: accused get JC

Mulund - Mulund court has awarded judicial custody until 27th October for 13 accused who attacked BJP's Kirit Somaiya on Dussehra in Mulund. They have been booked under sections 324,232, 594, 506, 143, 147, 149 R/W 37 of IPC. On Thursday, these accused were summoned in the Mulund court. During this hearing, many Shiv Sena workers were present outside the court along with ward president Dutta Dalvi shouting slogans.
