The 'Sthaniya Lokadhikar Samiti celebrated Shiv Sena's victory at the recently held BMC elections. A special program was organized at fort. This program was attended by Shiv Sena Party president Udhhav Thackrey, Newly appointed Mayor Vishwanath Mahadeshwar, Deputy Mayor Hemangi Worlikar along with party MLA's, Ministers and corporators.
Udhhav Thackrey said that this victory was special and quite different from the earlier victories at the BMC.
He said that the Sena was the true follower of Chatrapati Shivaji;s teaching and they would not bow before anybody. He added that internally we may quarrel, whatever happened is the past now. On the eve of the festive season of Holi he urged all sainiks to throw their differences in the pyre and come together to create a better city.
He urged the members of the Staniya Lokadhikar Samiti, that they should push for recruitment of local marathi manus at various places.
