Those who took efforts to grow BJP in Maharashtra are being ignored: Eknath Khadse

While speaking at the rally in Beed district, Eknath Khadse asserted that the current leadership of BJP in Maharashtra exhibits the traits of “grudge and envy”.

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Eknath Khadse on Thursday attacked the party’s state unit leadership and former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis saying that a situation is being created so that people leave the party themselves.

While speaking at the rally in Beed district, Eknath Khadse asserted that the current leadership of BJP in Maharashtra exhibits the traits of “grudge and envy”.

Khadse was speaking at a rally organised by BJP leader Pankaja Munde on the occasion her father late Gopinath Munde’s birth anniversary.

Gopinath Munde was a generous and liberal leader. However, the current leadership possesses traits of grudge and envy. We trusted some people but they betrayed us,” said Khadse.

Eknath Khadse reiterated that there were efforts to ensure Pankaja Munde’s defeat in the assembly elections. She didn’t lose the election but it was planned and executed by people in the party, Khadse added.

Those who took extreme efforts for the BJP’s growth in Maharashtra are now being ignored,” said Khadse.
