Mumbai - There is no stopping to the twist and turns considering election. BJP leader Neelaben Soni filed the nomination form on Friday from ward number - 6. The twist in the tale is that one more leader Gajya Salvi, a Shivsena turncoat who entered BJP also filed his poll paper from the same ward. Now, the question arises who is the official candidate for contesting the election. When contacted Archana Kadam, Regional Officer she told to Mumbai Live,"candidate who filed the form first is the official candidate."
