Nariman Point - Those passing by Mantralaya today, if noticed must have been surprised seeing two flags waving on the top of the building. Don't get startled, mantralaya is celebrating UN Day on 24 October, 2016. Mumbai city is honouring UN Day by hoisting the UN Flag symbolising peace.
