Dahisar - A Bharatiya Ekta Manch, a platform for local north Indians, was launched on Wednesday at the Ganpat Patil Nagar, IC colony, Dahisar (West). The event was organised by migrant north Indians, and the aim of the platform is to address the basic problems the residents are facing, including those of water and electricity. Present to grace the programme were Bhojpuri folk singer Sarika Singh, Manju Tiwari, Sashikala Pandey, Suresh Singh along with people who attended in large numbers.
