R/Central ward records 61.5% voting

Mumbai - BMC election process ended on Tuesday, 21 February, The city marked it's the highest percentage of voting which is 55%. Before this record of voting was 47% in the year 2012.
R/Central ward i.e Borivali West recorded the highest percentage of voting i.e. 61.5% while 60% votes were cast in R/North i.e Dahisar. Voting percentage was low in posh areas such as Girgaon, Babulnath and Mahalaxmi. Ward - C, Chirbazaar and Ward - D,Grant Road recorded 47.27% of the voting.
