Jogeshwari – Minister of state for housing and local MLA, Ravindra Waikar, has maintained his 25 years old tradition of celebrating Diwali with the blind and physically challenged persons. This year, a ‘Sangitmay Pahat’ programme was organised near Shyam Nagar lake. On this occasion, Waikar distributed gifts and sweets to ‘Divyangas’. He also burst crackers with them to celebrate the Diwali.
