While everyone is waiting for the outcome of the power struggle in Maharashtra, Thackeray group MLA Anil Parab has made a big statement. On the one hand, while the issue of disqualification of 16 MLAs is being discussed everywhere, Anil Parab has mentioned that the issue is not 16 but 39 MLAs. Anil Parab has presented his position while talking to the media in this regard.

What did Anil Parab say?

"Now everyone is waiting for the result. No one knows what the court will decide. But in the case that we have presented, it is the issue of disqualification of 39 MLAs namely 16 and 23, not just 16 MLAs. We have convinced the court how all these people fit into the grounds of disqualification under Schedule 10 of the Indian Constitution. If the court accepts our claim, it will be in our favour", said Anil Parab.

“Only the president has this right. But it is the President who is in controversy, he has been wrongly installed, he is sitting because disqualified MLAs voted for him. In the Nabam Rabia case, it has been said that when the President is in controversy, the Supreme Court should hear those cases without referring such cases to him", said Anil Parab at the time.
