Mumbai - State Government has given the rights to BMC and zilla level officers to demolish illegal religious structures. They have given out the circular regarding the same. They have also ordered to take action in two months regarding the demolition. Mumbai High Court had pulled up state government regarding the demolition of illegal religious structures by December. Society of Fast Justice NGO’s social activist Bhagwan Raiyaani had filed a petition against it.
