Kurargaon - The road repairing work at Shivaji nagar in Kurargaon area in Malad east has been stalled. Due to this, local residents, as well as commuters are facing inconvenience. The civic authorities had taken up the said road repair work three months back. A middle patch of this road was dug up but it has not been repaired yet. Many minor accidents have taken place due to this, said the nearby shopkeepers. Residents of Namdev Kadam Chawl had demanded to the concerned authorities and local corporator Sunil Gujar to repair this road immediately but their pleas fell on deaf ears. When contacted to the corporator and engineer of the P-North ward, they could not be reached.
