Prabhadevi - 35 workers' union across the state held a meeting in Bhupesh Gupta Bhavan on Sunday evening. The meeting was called in regard to the impact of demonetisation on the jobs of workers. Workers will protest against that on 9 March 2017 at 3 pm.
Around 10,000 workers will participate in the protest. They have numerous issues which they want to put forth including salary, work as per SC's order, allotment of the house, increase the number of government vehicles, health and education facilities and much more. The meeting was headed by Vishwas Utgi, Dr. Abhay Shukla, Ulka Mahajan, Shankrao Salvi (HMS General Secretary) and Sukumar Damle.
