Ltd. builder who told him that he will pay the EMIs of the housing loan till possession is handed over to Bhuvnesh.

Bhuvnesh had been appeased by the builder’s offer and booked flat number 4301 on the 43rd floor of Goregaon West’s Imperial Heights. However, when the builder refused to do the same, Shrivastava approached Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) who backed the buyer.

In response, MahaRERA has criticised the builder for violating the agreement which stated that the builder will pay the housing loan EMIs till the possession of the house is handed over to the buyer. Therefore, the builder has been asked to pay Shrivastava his money back along with interest.
