Mumbai- Central Minister for Urban Development, Venkaiah Naidu has announced that there will be no amendments in Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Mumbai Consumer forum has welcomed this order of Venkaiah Naidu. Like Gujarat in Mumbai also this rule is been tried to take it lightly. Mumbai Consumer forum has opposed this asking center government to intervene.
On Tuesday Venkaiah Naidu called a meeting of all state Housing Development secretaries and advised them, not to change the rules. Due to which now the state government has to follow Center and the same rules will be followed like center. Mumbai Grahak Panchayat, president Shirish Deshpande has welcomed the decision.
