Baby monkey turns orphan on Mother’s Day

On one hand, where the whole world seems to be immersed in the spirit of Mother’s Day, a mute creature, on the other hand, near Film City Goregaon suddenly happened to turn an orphan. Turns out actress Jaya Bhattacharya saw a mother monkey lying injured this morning near Film City, carrying a small baby monkey in her hand. Seeing the two helpless monkeys, Jaya intimated her animal-lover friend Sunish Kunju.

After receiving the information, the zoo and its member reached the spot; however, the mother monkey seemed to have gone from that place leaving the infant monkey behind. It is said that the infant monkey is just three days old. Moreover, the baby monkey is now under Nisha Kunju, sister of Sunish Kunju’s care.
