The Amazon Great Indian Festival kicks off on October 17 for regular users, and a day early on October 16 for Prime customers. While there are deals on plenty of devices during the course of this limited period sale, one of the most exciting discounts are expected to be on smartphones as there are plenty of discounts on offer.
Here are some of the best smartphones that you can get as part of the retailer’s Great Indian Festival sale.
High-End/Flagship Smartphones
Though Apple just unveiled the iPhone 12, last year’s iPhone 11 is available for a massive discount. The phone is available for less than ₹50,000 for the first time since its launch, making this one of the hottest deals during the sale. The 64GB model is retailing for INR 47,999 and there is instant cashback from HDFC bank.
One of the other hotly anticipated arrivals during the sale is the OnePlus 8T 5G. This phone will cost ₹42,999 and will go up on sale early for Prime users (Oct 16) whereas other customers can snap it up by October 17.
Amazon will also discount the pricing of phones like the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro during the sale. The phone will be available starting at ₹39,999 during the course of the event while it will also be eligible for a 10% additional discount while using HDFC Bank cards.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus Nord 5G with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage will be available starting at ₹27,999. The price is excluding the aforementioned 10 per cent discount for HDFC Bank cardholders.
Samsung will also bring the Galaxy S20 FE to the Indian market during the course of this sale with a price tag of ₹49,999. However, this smartphone requires a pre-booking on Amazon, wherein an interested customer has to buy the Samsung Pre-Book Amazon Gift Card for ₹1,000. The gift card will then arrive on your registered email address which has to be used while purchasing the Galaxy S20 FE between Oct 16-18.
Mid-Range and Budget Smartphones
The Oppo A15 was somewhat of a mystery the past few days, though it was shortly confirmed that the A15 will be available during the Great Indian Festival. This is a mid-range smartphone and comes with an AI triple rear camera setup, a 6.52-inch waterdrop display, 32GB of storage with a microSD card slot, and a 5,000 mAh battery. Pricing details haven’t been disclosed for this handset yet.
Though not a new arrival, the Redmi Note 9 will get a discount of ₹1,000 during the sale, bringing the cost down to ₹10,999. This phone has a 5,020 mAh battery and quad-cameras on the back.
For those seeking a budget handset, the Samsung M01 core will be discounted by up to ₹1,000 with the price going down to ₹4,999. HDFC Bank cardholders can avail an additional 10% discount on the product.
Similarly, the Samsung Galaxy M31s will also get a discount of ₹1,000 taking the price to ₹18,499.
