Mumbai - Reliance Power has launched a WhatsApp service for a quick resolution of customers’ grievances. The consumers can now get many facilities such as e-bill, bill copy etc once they avail of this service. The company has started the digital service to help consumers get their problems solved and as many as 3 million people in the suburbs will benefit from this scheme, it is learnt. Consumers can avail of the services by adding 9022813030 in their WhatsApp list. This service will be available between 8 am and 8 pm.
