'Class of 2020' actress Leena Acharya passes away

Television actress, Leena Acharya, who was seen in AltBalaji's Class of 2020, and other shows like Meri Hanikarak Biwi, Aap Ke Aa Jane Se, and others, passed away, on Saturday, November 21. As per reports, she breathed her last in Delhi and passed away due to kidney failure. 

As per reports, she was fighting kidney-related illness for more than one year.

Screenwriter and actor Abhishek Gautam shared a post on his Facebook account mourning her demise. He mentioned Leena as a 'good friend and a great artiste' who always stood up for others and helped them in need. He bid farewell to his good friend and said that she will be missed.

Another actor, Rohan Mehraa, who worked alongside her in AltBalaji's show 'Class Of 2020'  took to Instagram and said, "Rest in peace Leena Acharya ma'am. Last year this time we were shooting for the Class of 2020. Will miss you."
