Rajan Shahi's show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has managed to touch another milestone of completing 3,000 episodes. To celebrate the same a daylong celebration was planned. Anchoring for the event was done by actors themselves which included Sachin Tyagi, Niyati Joshi, Samir Onkar, Smriti Khanna, Ali Hassan, Shilpa Raizada.
Many performances were held by the rest of the cast to celebrate the occasion as well as behind the scenes folks from DKP (Directors Kut Productions). Even the people who work behind the scenes, the spot boys, technicians, writers, director, creatives and the entire crew did a special dance for the unit. Even Ranjan Shahi danced on Shava Shava and lead star cast, Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi joined in with him.
While the celebrations were the talk of the town but there were also conversation regarding Hina Khan (Akshara) and Karan Mehra (Naitik) not been given their due at this function.
Today, Rajan Shahi, Producer of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, took to his Instagram to thank Karan Mehra. He posted a picture of Karan with his family and wrote, "Thanks Karan for being the first who wished me and YRKKH team for 3000# thanks and gratitude and my good wishes and blessings always Karan Nisha and Kavish #a lot to say express when we all meet soon #blessings."
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai now also has a spin-off that airs on Star Plus by the name of Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke and has Rhea Sharma and Shaheer Sheikh in the lead.
